We planted and tested the hardiness of our varieties in the Wyoming high desert to determine which cloves thrive in the chill of our winters, the dryness of our summers, and the clarity of our Teton waters. We use only organic fertilizers and never use herbicides, pesticides, or plastic mulch. Guided by an international palate, we select tastes that accent your dishes with panache. Garlic Fete packages our garlic in 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, 1 lb and “ready to gift” boxes for display in the finest of settings. We also produce small batch garlic powders and blends to enhance any dish.
