Looking forward to late August, September of 2026 farmers markets in Jackson and Driggs.

We hope to supply our online customers a bit earlier this year, to allow for the chillier Wyoming planting zones timetable.

Our online shop inventory has been been set to zero, but you can still check out the garlic pics.

Garlic

Since 2015, Garlic Fete has done more than just plant cloves: We've traveled to Tuscany, Paris, Chendu, Seoul, San Francisco, and New York sampling dishes to determine the right collection of garlic varieties and their corresponding bouquets to offer. We planted and tested the hardiness of our varieties in the Wyoming high desert to determine which cloves thrive in the chill of our winters, the dryness of our summers, and the clarity of our Teton waters. We use only organic fertilizers and never use herbicides, pesticides, or plastic mulch. Guided by an international palate, we select tastes that accent your dishes with panache. Garlic Fete packages our garlic in 1/2 lb, 1 lb and “ready to gift” boxes for display in the finest of settings. We also produce small batch black garlic, garlic powders, powder blends, sauces, vinegar, toum, and freeze dried soups.
